Crack Kills

Another look into some of the prep work I do over the weekends.  Last year I wanted to "bulk" and I sure did.  It wasn't near as clean as I had intended, and I ended up with a lot of extra weight that wasn't really doing anything.  This off-season I really cleaned up my diet, and cut back on the booze.  I still weigh around 250, but the ratio of muscle to fat has changed.  I feel a lot lighter now, at the same weight, and hopefully with this explosive lifting block coming up, I can get fast.

GoPro vs GoSlo

Got a new piece of equipment to help track and measure all the things I'm doing wrong.  First outing was this afternoon.  Some pretty awesome features with the GoPro Hero 3.  I can view what it's recording through my phone, so I can make sure my fat ass belly is filmed perfectly in 1080 with a 170 degree lens.  Enjoy.
